Privacy policy

When you place an order with us we store the details you provide us with including your name, address, delivery address and contact details on our secure database against the details of your order and a record of payment. We do not store any financial information or credit card details on our own servers and all card and paypal payments are handled off site by third party providers with excellent reputations and security systems

Contact

We usually respond to all email enquiries within one working day but when we are exceptionally busy we do sometimes have to prioritise.  We promise we will get back to any delivery queries or order queries as a priority but it may take a couple of days to get back to routine care enquiries. Please do bear with us and we promise we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Sunday 10am to 5pm. Our office is closed on bank holidays.

If you would like help with ongoing plant care then please do send us pictures of your plant to us at growmore.plantsuk@gmail.com.  We're just a small team here at the nursery but we'll reply as quickly as we can.
