Royal Mail have excellent delivery records and a policy or prioritising perishable items.

Royal Mail: Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service - is an excellent service (99% delivered on time) and does not need a signature. You will get tracked tracking details to you by email on the day your plant leaves the nursery and your parcel is tracked at every stage of the journey. You can also specify a safe place to leave your plants if you are not sure if someone will be home.

Please note, Royal Mail Services will not be offered as an option if the delivery includes a large box, as Royal Mail do not take boxes more than 62cm high but you can see the full range that can be sent royal mail
