The Plant

These cute cashew nut plants are a unique addition to any home garden. They provide aesthetic and culinary benefits with attractive foliage and the potential to produce delicious cashew nuts. 

As hardy plants, they thrive in tropical climates and are easy to care for when grown indoors. They will be happiest in a sunny position with well-drained soil. While drought-tolerant, these plants need adequate water during their first two years and become more resilient as they mature.

Regular fertilisation with a balanced fertiliser containing nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium is beneficial, ideally in split doses throughout the growing season.
