The Rudraksha Plant, known as the Elaeocarpus ganitrus, is a large evergreen tree prized for its Seeds, which I used as prayer beads in Hinduism and Buddhism.
Features
The tree is a large evergreen, typically reaching 50 to 200 feet in height, with a greyish-white trunk. In the spring, it has dense racemes of small white flowers, followed by blue or violet fruits.
Care Instructions
Young plants should be protected from frost. During summer, regular watering is important. Fertilise the tree twice a year to keep it strong and thriving.
